Oasis Hostel location Puerto Vallarta is set in the Banderas Bay on the Central West Coast of Mexico. Close by are many other attractive cities like Guadalajara, Leon, Guanajuato, Acapulco, Zihuatanejo, Mazatlan and La Paz. [view larger] The Bay of Banderas or Bahia de Banderas is huge and rich in beaches and resources, exploring and hiking are amazing adventures. Take a look at the beaches within the bay.. Oasis is close to the Cuale river. Located only 15 min walk from the beach front and you can also take any local bus right in front of the hostel. Around us are stores and shops for your basic needs. [view larger] How to get here: From the bus terminal and Airport you only need to take a blue and white bus that says Juntas and goes by the 'Tunel' and ask to be dropped of in 'El Remance' area. Since there are not specific stops you should be ready to hop off after passing the Cuale River bridge which comes after the long Tunel. The bus will drop you off at the traffic lights and in front of you about 50 meters to your right on the other side of the road you will see the OASIS signs on a green building. If you take a taxi make sure they know where they are taking you since they keep "missing" my place for some reason. Cheers!!
